Career and College Promise Success

Career and College Promise classes allowed me to focus part of my day on something that I truly love. Three days a week I get to spend time doing something I love which is working with children and I have learned so much being in a first grade classroom. By taking these classes I have earned college credits that will transfer to my college of choice, North Greenville University where I plan to major in Early Childhood Education.
Erica Yelton, Senior, Crest High School

I enjoy these courses because it helps me advance my skills. Taking this course has given me the opportunity, with only one more class to take at CCC, to receive my certificate in Medical Office Administration. Allison Shaw, Senior, KMHS

Taking these Career and College Promise classes has benefited me by teaching me skills that will help me get a job in the future. I am thankful for the opportunity to receive college credit while in high school.
Kaitlyn Sisk, Senior, KMHS

When I graduate from Crest High School, I will have 33 hours of transfer credit to North Carolina State University which will save my parents a lot money. CCP classes have provided a more challenging course load than my high school classes and taking them was convenient because the majority were offered on my high school campus. Joey Runyan, Senior,
Crest High School

Taking Career and College Promise classes has made it easy to get a head start on my certificate in Medical Office Administration. It has helped me by improving my typing skills and knowing correct grammar when writing. Being able to get this certificate will benefit my job search, which in turn will allow me to help pay for any future college classes I choose. Taylor Foster, Senior, KMHS
