Cleveland Community College works hand in hand with local high schools to support and assist students in identifying career and educational goals. While deciding on a career choice is important, making connections to gainful employment is of utmost importance. By employing Career Coaches stationed on site at each area public high school, CCC is able to better connect students to college pathways and credentials, as well as opportunities in local business and industry.  Individual counseling sessions are available to assist students in acquiring awareness and exploring career and educational options.

In addition, through the Career and College Promise (CCP) program, CCC offers over 35 Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways and 4 College Transfer (CTP) pathways to qualified high school juniors and seniors, tuition-free. Students who successfully complete college courses earn college credit toward a college credential. Students can also earn dual credit – meeting high school graduation requirements with CCP courses. Giving eligible students the opportunity to pursue CCP courses, tuition free, while they are in high school, allows them to get a jumpstart on both workplace and college preparation.
